Start a Project

Tell Jaz what you want to create.

No giant agency intake process. Give J Sturgis Media the basics so the first conversation can start in the right place.

What helps

A plain-language brief is enough.

01

What is the project?

Video, photography, event or live production, commercial or product work, or something else.

02

What needs to be captured?

The product, business, event, people, location, performance, concept, or specific moments that matter.

03

When and where?

Share the event date, shoot window, location, or general timeline. If the timing is flexible, say that too.

Project request

Start with the details that matter.

J Sturgis Media does not need a giant agency intake process. This form asks enough to understand the project and start the conversation in the right place.

There is no budget field yet because Jaz has not formally approved whether pricing should be public, starting-at, packaged, or quote-only.

What happens next

Talk through the production, then scope the job.

Jaz reviews the request

The form gives enough context to understand the project type, location, timing, and basic production need.

Clarify the details

Any missing information, deliverables, access, schedule, creative direction, or production needs can be discussed directly.

Agree on the project

Scope, timing, deliverables, and pricing should be confirmed before production begins.
